Refund Policy

  2. At ITel Services Limited, we are dedicated to delivering reliable and high-quality digital, communication, and business solutions.
    Our services include SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Business API, WhatsApp Chatbots, Omani Channels, BPO Services, Website Hosting, Domain Registration, Radio and Video Streaming, Mobile App Development, Website Development and Call Center Services.

    This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which clients may request a refund for our services.

  3. Eligibility for Refunds
  4. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

    1. Verified Service Failure
    2. If a purchased service is unavailable or fails to perform due to a confirmed issue on our side, and the issue remains unresolved for more than 7 business days, a partial or full refund may be approved.
    3. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
    4. If a client is billed more than once or incorrectly for the same service, the duplicate or overcharged amount will be refunded in full.
    5. Unused Prepaid Services
    6. For prepaid credits or subscriptions:
      - Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been activated or used.
      - Once the service is used (for example, domain registration, hosting activation, or message sending), the transaction becomes non-refundable.

  5. Non-Refundable Items
  6. Refunds will not be issued for:
    - Setup, integration, or onboarding fees after work has started.
    - Subscription or usage-based services once the billing period has begun.
    - Domain registration or SSL certificates (these are non-refundable after purchase).
    - Hosting, streaming, or server packages once activated.
    - Custom development work (chatbots, mobile apps, or websites) once the first deliverable or milestone is completed.
    - Service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., telecom operators, Meta, or hosting data centers).
    Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after payment.

  7. Cancellation Policy
  8. Clients may cancel any active subscription or service at any time.
    - The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
    - No prorated or partial refunds will be provided for unused service days after cancellation.

  9. Refund Request Process
  10. To request a refund:

    2. Include your account ID, invoice number, and reason for the refund.
    3. Our billing team will review your request within 5 business days.
    4. If approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method within 7–10 business days.

  12. Before submitting any external payment dispute, clients are requested to contact our support team directly.
    We aim to resolve all billing, and refund matters promptly and transparently through our internal process.

  13. Goodwill & Service Credits
  14. At our discretion, ITel Services Limited may offer:
    - Service credits for partial service interruptions.
    - Goodwill refunds in exceptional cases such as verified billing errors or accidental renewals reported within 24 hours.
