  3. Service Usage

    1. All services must be used in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and communication guidelines worldwide.
    2. Clients shall not use our services for unsolicited messages, spam, or illegal communications.
    3. ITel Services Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be violating these terms without prior notice.

  4. Account and Payment Terms

    1. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information.
    2. All payments are due as per the invoice terms. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
    3. No refunds are provided once a service has been provisioned, except in cases of verified service failure on our end.
    4. Prices and fees may be updated periodically with prior notice.

  5. Data Protection and Privacy

    1. ITel Services Limited adheres to GDPR and applicable international data protection laws.
    2. Customer data will only be used for service delivery, support, and legal compliance purposes.
    3. Sensitive information will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent, unless required by law.

  6. Intellectual Property

    1. All content, systems, designs, software, and documentation developed by ITel Services Limited remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    2. Clients retain ownership of their data, trademarks, and content submitted for service use.

  7. Service Availability and Maintenance

    1. While ITel Services Limited strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime due to maintenance, upgrades, or network issues.
    2. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

  8. Liability Limitation

    1. ITel Services Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
    2. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific service.

  9. Termination of Services

    1. Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice.
    2. ITel Services Limited reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of policy violations, illegal activities, or payment default.

    11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and jurisdictions mutually agreed upon by both parties.
